Your Responsibilities as a Construction Superintendent
As a Construction Superintendent at UrbanCore, you'll successfully manage large multi-family new construction projects from start to finish with excellent communication and relationships with all subcontractors, architects, owners, coworkers, and inspectors.
- Create, manage, own, and maintain Look Ahead Schedules. You'll drive the Project to stay on or ahead of schedule.
- Maintain a firm grasp on all Project details, submittals, sequencing, etc.
- Be the master of all the project documentation and plans.
- Possess UrbanCore Core Values, promote to all Subcontractors, co-workers, etc. to promote and contribute to our Culture.
- Be a strong leader of the Project and help develop Assistant Superintendents into strong Superintendents.
- Drive the safety of the project and be proactive as opposed to reactive. Be 100% prepared for an OSHA inspection at all times.
- Finish the project strong and smooth with a successful closeout and minimal punch list.
- Do whatever it takes and put in whatever effort is needed and become the "Miracle Worker".

- Annual salary of $95,000 to $120,000 per year plus bonus
- Employee Health Coverage, 100% paid by company
- 401K with Company Match of 100% up to 3%, and 50% up to 5%
