Job Description
The Branch Manager is directly responsible for all operations for their respective branch. The position is designed to grow, coach, and lead all members of the service department, while increasing revenue and customer satisfaction year-over-year. It is paramount that the Branch Manager hold themselves, their direct reports, and their teammates accountable to be excellent in all areas while executing our mission of providing peace of mind to every customer. The Branch Manager reports directly to the Regional Manager and works with him/her to ensure that their respective branch is achieving the highest service standard in the industry.
Some responsibilities include:
- Grow, coach, and develop the Assistant Branch Manager to be able to effectively lead their own branch within one year’s time.
- Oversee the execution of daily training meetings for the service team, ensuring that they are informative, motivating, and engaging
- Oversee the execution of all required inspections, such as weekly truck inspections, monthly in-field training inspections, and weekly integrity inspections
- Personally train and work in the field with technicians to evaluate and improve upon customer service and uspell skills while ensuring all performance standards are being met at every single service
- Ensure all customers receive their recurring service as scheduled by running accurate and timely staffing and job pool reports, constructing routes accordingly, and running route personally if needed
- Ensure our service consistently exceeds customer expectations by conducting personal follow up visits and quality control checks with customers
- Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations impacting human resource functions and ensure that policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance
- Intentionally and diligently build a culture predicated upon purpose and drive engagement through administering team building activities, working with the People & Culture Department to celebrate all birthdays and work anniversaries, and regularly celebrating team successes
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proven operations experience in a high growth environment
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Prolonged periods of working outdoors in all weather conditions
- May be required to lift up to 25 pounds
