Title: UX Content Strategist
Reports to: Sr. Manager, UX Design
Overview: We are looking for a UX Content Strategist to join our User Experience team. As a member of the team, you will help make sense of user goals and business goals in order to drive UX content decisions across our suite of innovative digital products. You’ll work alongside UX Designers, product, engineering and insights teams to ensure the Nuuly experience is clear and delightful.
Responsibilities:
- Strategize: Distill complex experiences across a range of interconnected products into simple, clear journeys and digital communications that achieve business, brand and customer goals. Proactively seek out opportunities to improve our experience touchpoints and socialize recommendations amongst various stakeholders
- Collaborate: Strongly partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, CRM and Customer Success teams
- Write: Ideate, write and govern usable and accessible content for Nuuly's customer-facing web and app experiences, operational communications, FAQs, and internal suite of tools
- Deliver: Publish and manage content in a Content Management System (CMS)
- Govern: Conduct content audits and gap analysis. Manage copy documentation and socialize content guidelines across the business. Ensure consistency, clarity URBN and accessibility across content.
- Maintain: Ensure all Nuuly experience touchpoints align with standards, Brand guidelines and UX best practices

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field (ex: User Experience, Human Computer Interaction, Communications, Marketing, Business, Psychology)
- When applying, please supply a portfolio of UX content strategy work and/or writing samples that demonstrate your ability to write across a variety of digital channels
Bonus Qualifications:
- Previous experience working alongside UX Designers, Product Managers and Engineers
- Technical competency in UX tool s such as Figman, Figjam and Zeplin
