Samaritan Health Services, a non-profit integrated health care delivery system, is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Urgent Care team in the picturesque and family-friendly community of Sweet Home, OR.
Providers will appreciate working alongside a friendly, tight-knit team within a 3-day work week, allowing plentiful time to enjoy the scenic beauty of Sweet Home’s many rivers, lakes, and surrounding Cascade Mountains.

Job Specifics
- Three shifts per week, one weekend per month
- 20-30 patients per day at our newly built Urgent Care clinic
- $4,000 CME/yr, competitive salary plus starting and relocation bonus
- Medical/vision/dental insurance, multiple retirement plans, wellness stipend and more
- Limited procedures: suturing, I&D, etc
- Medical Malpractice and Tail Insurance
Job Requirements
- Experience in urgent care or emergency medicine preferred
- Should possess excellent clinical skills, communication skills, and a strong commitment to providing excellent care that is team-oriented
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Some travel required
