What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technology Project Coordinator position at URS Compliance Services, LLC?
An established corporate legal service company, located in Duluth, Georgia, is seeking a Technology Project Coordinator. We are looking for a candidate who is interested in long-term career growth. Candidate will be an important member of the team that will coordinate projects in conjunction with internal and external team members.
RESPONSIBILITIES will include, but not limited to:
· Serve as first point of contact for technical support and project suggestions
· Serve as liaison between local office and IT/Programming departments
· Establish, implement, review and update ticket orders through ticketing system
· Maintain online project management tool to allocate project information for
workstream
· Create comprehensive test plans and scenarios to troubleshoot implemented
processes in software applications.
· Foster communication and collaboration among project team members,
stakeholders and executives throughout the project life cycle
· Ensure that project outputs meet the desired quality level
· Manage change request
· Manage and provide oversite of the software application to ensure compliance with
design standards and provides final review prior to going live.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Degree in business administration or IT preferred
· Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in project coordination preferred
· Stable work history
· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
and effectively.
· Computer literacy in various applications including project management tools & MS
Office Suite
· Must work well with deadlines
· Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks with great organizational skills
· Experience in IT a plus
· Experience in Accounting a plus
