Finance Outsourcing Strategy (Program Manager)
(Austin Remote)
Our client is seeking an experienced professional to support its Global Finance Outsourcing Strategy team. This role will support key transformation priorities for current transitions and new scope areas. This role will partner closely with the rest of the Finance Outsourcing Strategy team to ensure that the strategies can be successfully implemented, and we realize the expected benefits for our finance and accounting teams. This position is located in Austin.
Success in this role involves an ability to think critically, plan and execute effectively while collaborating across Global Locations. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in working with outsourced partners, experience leading service delivery transformation strategies and initiatives, and strong communication and interpersonal skills to partner with XFN teams.
Responsibilities
Manage and provide updates on a portfolio of key outsourcing engagements
Support ongoing location transitions to stand up new capabilities in delivery centers globally
Support the stand up of new outsourced capabilities
Apply risk management principles to identify, assess, and mitigate transition, transformation, and operational risks
Partner with finance & accounting teams to enable their outsourcing strategies
Partner with XFN teams to assess further enhancements to our outsourcing operations around security, privacy, and resilience
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
8 years of relevant experience in an finance outsourcing/shared services environment, developing and implementing service delivery transformation strategies
Ability to provide insights which result in better business decisions
Strong communications and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders
Strong project management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience applying these skills to resolve issues strategically
Experience working collaboratively in a cross - functional, global environment
Excellent communication skills, ability to get into the detail yet also articulate findings to executive level
