JLL is looking for Active Directory Architect with strong Active Directory, Azure, Entra ID, SailPoint technical skills and Identity & Access Management (IAM) domain knowledge to enhance and modernize our existing systems. Responsible for the support, re-design, consolidation, and migration of the Active Directory environment and related applications. In this role, you will develop and implement architecture solutions for a regional dispersed environment, identify out of box best suited solution for the existing systems. Help the teams on deploying a cloud first approach supporting directory services, authentication, enterprise directory, single sign-on, administration solutions, logging services and general application design and DR. Candidates must be easy to work with and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The candidate should enjoy solving mission critical application issues using cutting-edge technology. Bright seasoned individual with a “get it done” mentality. Has deep understanding and passion about technology and is able to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable and robust architectures.
- Work with the existing application team to turn requirements into cost-effective and solutions by applying knowledge of Active Directory and Identity Management.
- Evaluating available market products and suggesting the best suited product and features for the given situation.
- Work with various stakeholders to make enhancements and modernize the existing environments/systems.
- Implementing the latest Microsoft Entra ID features into existing environment
- Help to evaluate from the technical perspective and implement 3rd party solutions in JLL environment.
- Work closely with other teams/vendors. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, installation guides and best practices.
- Conduct security assessments and audit to ensure compliance with industry standard and regulations.
- AD configuration, customization, and integration with existing systems.
- Provide on-going support to application used within the organization.

Experience & Education
- 8 to 12 years IT experience
- Bachelor’s is degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a quantitative discipline in science, business, or social science. Advance degree preferred.
- Self-motivated, self-starter and self-disciplined individual capable of planning and executing multiple projects.
- Exceptional strong experience in AD, IAM related technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead development activities and manage stakeholders’ expectations globally across multiple project initiatives.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.
- Excellent technical, analytical, project management and organizational skills.
Technical Skills & Competencies:
Mandatory:
- Must have strong hands-on experience working on On-Prem AD, Azure AD and Entra ID.
- Experience in IAM (Identity and Access Management) process and implementations
- Experience in Okta, SailPoint, etc.,
- Experience in AD assessment in terms of OU delegation, GPOs, permission and access
- Strong experience in AD Trusts and deep knowledge of Active Directory Schemas and meta data
- Experience in Azure Active Directory technologies, including authentication models, federation, Multifactor Authentication (MFA), conditional access policies and other relevant capabilities.
- Strong hands-on experience in coding in PowerShell scripting
Preferable:
- Experience with Azure Cloud, scripting, and Automation
- Experience with directory services (LDAP, Active Directory) and database technologies (SQL, Oracle).
- Experience in real estate or leasing domain
- Familiarity with development of re-useable frameworks, libraries to be used by multiple development teams.
- Familiarity with architecture patterns
- Experience in tools and best practices for Secure Application Development
- Experience in Azure APIM

Estimated total compensation ran for this position is:
