POSITION PURPOSE Support preparation and review of periodic financial reports, budgets/forecasts, expense tracking and analyses. Provide accurate and timely financial data and support for business planning and decision making. RESPONSIBILITIES Complete and support regular and ad-hoc reporting including informal and formal internal and documents, reports, graphs, charts and presentations. Support team’s efforts to develop efficient reporting strategies including automation and simplification of reporting processes while preserving data integrity Organize and maintain team data collection, reporting and communication. Support cost-savings and process improvement initiatives Participate in the development and distribution of best practices, process documentation, and user support materials for reporting. Monthly & quarterly report generation Support client-facing month-end close reporting and analysis Assist leaders in researching and identifying key performance indicator risks and opportunities and work with others to implement change Other duties and tasks assigned. QUALIFICATIONS 2-4 years of relevant work experience. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Advanced Excel skills including experience in building financial models and managing large datasets. Thorough attention to detail. Strong organizational and coordination skills required. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks and be able to shift priorities quickly to meet deadlines while maintaining work product quality. Strong communication skills (oral and written) required. Proficiency with JD Edwards E1 General Ledger system and OFA a plus. Experience with Tableau a plus. Demonstrates consistency in values, principles and work ethic. Estimated compensation for this position is: 60,200.00 – 90,300.00 USD The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable.
