Maintenance Manager (2nd shift) The role of the Maintenance Manager is to ensure the proper operation of all aspects of a facility. The Maintenance Manager must operate a comprehensive Facility Management program which allows an organization to manage and oversee the Operations and Maintenance of the Building, Building Systems and Equipment. The Maintenance Manager will report to the Facility Manager.
