Qualifications:
Possess twenty-four (24) months or more of multi-functional experience in a full-service human resources operating environment at the senior NF-04 level (or equivalent). Experience must demonstrate knowledge in Recruitment, Staffing, and Employment Services functional areas of human resources. Possess progressive HR responsibilities with demonstrated experience supervising or leading an HR Team. Experience analyzing, evaluating, and recommending appropriate resolutions to problems. Possess prior experience using Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams) or similar, reporting tools (e.g., Business Objects Applications, Cognos, etc.), and various human resources systems or tools.
