CHRA NAF is looking for an experienced, seasoned HR professional. The Division Chief will oversee the branches included in each area of responsibility and will be critical in the successful implementation of this enterprise-wide program.

Qualifications:

Possess twenty-four (24) months or more of multi-functional experience in a full-service human resources operating environment at the senior NF-04 level (or equivalent). Experience must demonstrate knowledge in Recruitment, Staffing, and Employment Services functional areas of human resources. Possess progressive HR responsibilities with demonstrated experience supervising or leading an HR Team. Experience analyzing, evaluating, and recommending appropriate resolutions to problems. Possess prior experience using Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams) or similar, reporting tools (e.g., Business Objects Applications, Cognos, etc.), and various human resources systems or tools.

Highly Preferred: Candidates with prior Supervisory/Leader experience and 24 months specialized experience delivering a full range of Human Resources services to a Child and Youth Services based customer.
