Job Posting for Manager in Training (ATL) at US Auto Sales
Position Summary
The Store Manager in Training will participate in the training program to understand how to run a retail location at USAuto Sales. A successful candidate that completes the training program will be assigned as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Floating Manager at a retail location where they will work closely with the operations team to execute our sales strategy.
Participates in an extensive training program to learn key aspects of all departments within the organization.
Reviews vehicle contracts to ensure completion and accuracy and closes deals with Sales Consultants and guests.
Assists Store Manager in providing leadership, training, and coaching to store level staff members.
Takes ownership of retail location when present and handles all appropriate tasks.
Resolves concerns from staff and guest when present at the retail location.
Drives team to meet assigned sales goals.
Participates in special projects when necessary.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required
High School Diploma or GED
2 - 3 years of automotive sales experience
1 - 3 years of sales management experience
Willing to learn product knowledge for automotive brands
Ability to read, analyze and interpret sales contracts, company procedures and policies
Ability to solve practical problems and provide sound resolutions
Exceptional problem solving skills & interpersonal skills
Resilient & strong desire to succeed
Current state Driver's license
