REGIONAL MANAGER

JOB SUMMARY:
The Regional Manager is responsible for operations leadership resulting in improved patient satisfaction, increased clinical and professional revenues, improved staff efficiency and reduced costs. Has the overall responsibility for the day-to-day front office operations for assigned offices within the North Carolina and Virginia region.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (other duties as required):

Ensures “world class” customer service is delivered on a consistent basis as evidenced by company standards and policies.
Provide leadership, direction to the location leads and subsequent staff. Working interdepartmentally with Finance, Revenue Cycle, IT, and others to ensure quality patient care and assigned KPI’s are met.
Responsible for personnel management including selecting and retaining staff; setting expectations; facilitating development; and evaluating performance.
Manage location budget assigned by VP.
Optimizing processes and workflows while ensuring compliance is maintained.
Hold routine location and/or team meetings.
Overall responsibility for ensuring the facility reflects the level of standards set by the company as evidenced by company standards and policies.
Smart, results oriented and high energy professional with a track record of success.
Strong work ethic, hands-on individual who can achieve long term systematic process improvements.
Demonstrates extremely high sense of urgency; capable of handling multiple priorities and extensive time demands.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Regional Manager carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees, planning, assigning and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees and addressing staff complaints and resolving problems.

POSITION TYPE AND EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:
This is a full-time salaried position. Days and hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. Salaried staff may be required to work beyond their set schedule due to business needs and expectations.

TRAVEL:
40%-50% Travel is required.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Proficiency in operations in a medical practice.
Basic Microsoft Word, Excel, and technologically advanced communication systems and devices.
A high school graduate or equivalent
Prior supervisory experience
High-end customer service experience

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Associates’ or Bachelor’s degree
