What are the responsibilities and job description for the Practice Liaison position at US Fertility Career Center?
The Reproductive Science Center of the San Francisco Bay Area has an opening for a Professional Liaison to help with our San Ramon locations. Our practice consists of several physicians specializing in infertility care and is one of the largest in vitro fertilization centers in California. Our practice environment is very innovative and exciting, patient satisfaction is excellent, as are our success rates! This is an opportunity to be involved with an extraordinarily committed and caring staff.
The schedule is working Monday through Friday, daytime hours and occasional weekends for events may be required.
How You'll Contribute:
Essential Functions
· Prospects for new referral sources by cold calling, telemarketing, mailings, luncheons and attending meetings on a frequency in accordance with sales call quotas
· Penetrates and develops existing referral sources
· Coordinates practicum visits for new and existing referring clinicians at location with staff and physicians; arranges Grand Rounds for RSC OF THE SAN FRANCISO BAY AREA Physicians at Hospital locations
· May identify and assist in the development of new affiliate and satellite sites or other alternate channels of distribution
· Serves as the “voice of the marketplace” to initiate, in conjunction with the appropriate managers, operations-based changes in our services to better serve our customers.
· Identifies appropriate advertising, traditional and new (internet) media and public relations opportunities within assigned territory
· Participates as member in at least one health care community-based organization
· Represents Center at appropriate business-generating events, trade shows, community functions and patient education/outreach events
· Identifies managed care opportunities in local marketplace
· Generates timely weekly computerized sales reports and submits/presents monthly marketing results to Practice Development Manager for review and approval
· Maintains up-to-date database of referring clinicians including number of patient referrals
· Assists in educating site staff and physicians to marketing opportunities
· Contributes to team effort by maintaining an excellent rapport and working relationship between clinical services and other departments within practice.
· Works in concert with INMD Corporate Marketing Team to integrate/implement all practice-appropriate marketing/sales programs
· Maintains RSC marketing material/collateral material in all RSC locations
