We have an immediate opening for a full time Operations Coordinator to join our San Ramon team. The schedule is working Monday through Friday, daytime hours.
COVID-19 Vaccination:
Reproductive Science Center of the San Francisco Bay Area requires all applicants to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 before commencing employment. New hires will be required to furnish proof of full vaccination and booster prior to their start date. There may be alternative for an approved exemption based on a bona fide medical or religious grounds.
How You’ll Contribute:
We always do whatever it takes, even if it isn’t specifically our “job.” In general, the Operations Coordinator is responsible for:
- Providing administrative support for the Leadership team
- Managing office inventory, purchasing and ordering supplies
- Tracking and coordinating office and equipment maintenance
- Scheduling meetings internally and with external vendors
- Managing social committee which includes monthly employee appreciation experiences, annual holiday party planning, coordinating luncheons, and other events for the practice
- Assisting with recruitment tasks, as needed
- Assisting with new employee orientation
- Providing support to Human Resources
- Assisting the marketing department with planning and attending community events
- Maintaining social media accounts
- Updating and maintaining monthly/quarterly documents relating to employees and clinical staff
- Exercising good judgment and confidentiality handling sensitive information and documents
- Other duties as assigned
