Pay:
Compensation is offered at an hourly rate of $32.18 based on your experience. Overtime is paid at 1.5 times the regular rate. You can also expect pay raises twice a year through 2024, as outlined in the current CBA.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Job Functions:
Operate vehicles safely to deliver products to customers within scheduled delivery times
Unload products from trailers using a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand and place them in designated customer storage areas
Ensure accurate delivery by verifying with customers and obtaining proper signatures
Handle collections and payments from customers when necessary
Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the overall client experience
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Training:
Minimum age requirement is 21 years
Hold a valid CDL Class A issued by the state of your legal residence, including necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications
At least six months of commercial driving experience or three months of experience specifically in the food and/or beverage delivery industry
Ability to pass a DOT physical examination
Register with the FMCSA Clearinghouse*
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Preferred ability to operate vehicles with manual transmission
Basic verbal and written English skills to operate equipment, read road signs, and communicate with customers
Driving Record Requirements:
No more than two traffic violation convictions in the past two years
Only one serious violation as defined by DOT within the past two years (e.g., leaving the scene of an accident, reckless driving, homicide/assault, eluding police, at-fault offense, refusing a breathalyzer test, committing a felony with a vehicle)
No DUI convictions within the past three years, regardless of the type of vehicle operated
No driver's license suspension within the past three years (insurance and overweight tickets are excluded)
No termination by a previous employer due to failure to comply with safety regulations or for involvement in an accident
Physical Requirements:
Ability to repetitively lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80 lbs. of product during each shift
Comfortable working and driving in inclement weather conditions with frequent stops (10 per shift)
