We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse and Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various warehouse duties. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a customer-focused approach to ensure that our products are efficiently managed and our clients receive top-notch service.
Warehouse responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Completes shipments by processing and loading orders.
- Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area.
- Unloading delivery containers
- Organize inventory
- Provides quality service by following organization standards.
- Preserves safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat.
- Promotes clean shipping supply area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Completes orders by entering required information.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Support the sales team by providing product information, handling customer inquiries, and processing sales orders.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
