What you’ll do with “Our Training and Your Experience”

  • Provide general administrative support to colleagues in the office and/or field.
  • Responsible for answering phone, making travel arrangements, ordering apparel, business cards, etc.
  • Responsibilities may also include assisting with accounting/bookkeeping duties.
  • Project approval, project entry, Creates job files, send pre-liens, etc
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

What You’ll Need

  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexible, adaptable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Customer service oriented.

Requirements:

Education: High School/GED or equivalent experience

Preferred Experience: (but not required):  

  • 1-3 years of office management or equivalent
  • Accounting, bookkeeping, and/or financial
