What you’ll do with “Our Training and Your Experience”

- Provide general administrative support to colleagues in the office and/or field.
- Responsible for answering phone, making travel arrangements, ordering apparel, business cards, etc.
- Responsibilities may also include assisting with accounting/bookkeeping duties.
- Project approval, project entry, Creates job files, send pre-liens, etc
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
What You’ll Need
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexible, adaptable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Customer service oriented.
Requirements:
Education: High School/GED or equivalent experience
Preferred Experience: (but not required):
- 1-3 years of office management or equivalent
- Accounting, bookkeeping, and/or financial
