Job Title Manager, Product Optimization C&I Solution Intelligence OVERVIEW The C&I Product Optimization manager will focus on supporting C&I Centers of Segment Excellence which will deliver segment specific knowledge and content to Mastercard’s expanding customer segments. This role offers a blend of strategic, analytical, and creative opportunities that will support C&I’s segment driven strategy. It is a global role that provides exciting opportunity in shaping the future of how Mastercard engages with our customers with a heavy focus on segment specific expertise. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, intellectually curious, and a strategic thinker who possesses the ability to execute and deliver standout content (both internally and externally). RESPONSIBILITIES • Support development and execution of the segment driven engagement strategy that will guide and define solution sets, engagement channels and content development. • Identify best practices across the regions to drive enablement and efficiency for customer engagement • Support segment driven thought leadership assets that align to C&I priorities • Track and monitor voice of the customer feedback to guide new solutions sets, opportunities and segment focused engagement content. • Evangelize the teams ‘successes and learnings across the wider business to drive collaboration and opportunities • Contribute to cross-functional thought leadership projects by developing presentations, conducting research, and executing against specific segment needs • Manage global event calendar for C&I segment specific opportunities • Support tracking of lead gen opportunities for future segment specific campaigns to track ROI • Manage and update content on the internal C&I Segment Resource Center • Ensure consistency of content by aligning to existing C&I narratives ALL ABOUT YOU • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with business partners, and key stakeholders, across diverse global geographies • Self-motivated with a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes in a timely manner • Experience in digital creative content development • Experience using Salesforce and Pardot • Knowledge and background of Mastercard C&I solutions and industry landscape • Bachelor’s degree in business, or equivalent work experience COVID-19 Considerations In many locations, we’ve implemented a virtual hiring process and continue to interview candidates by video or phone.
