Job Summary:
     U.S Medical Staffing is seeking a few Reliable RN's for Full Time float positions in the Commack and Smithtown Areas.
This would be covering Nurses office and field trips. The nurses would be given a weekly schedule as to where they are going.
Times may vary day to to day.

Job Responsibilities are but not limited to:
  • Nurse would be responsible for professional medical treatment of students.
  • Maintaining clinical records.
  • Dispensing prescriptions medications to students per physician instructions.  
  • Documenting all Medication given to students.
  • Working Diligently along side the other nurses to run a smooth office. 
  • Providing emergency aid to students and school staff 
  • Educating students on hygiene and safety practices
  • Contacting parents when needed 
Job Requirements:
  • Current NYS Registered Nurse 
  • NYS Registered Nurse Nursing Registration
  • BCLS or ACLS -The American Heart Association
  • Physical (WITHIN ONE YEAR)
  • PPD, Chest X-Ray or QuantiFERON Gold TB blood results
  • MMR/Titers Lab Report
  • Two forms for government ID’s
  • Fingerprinted by the DOE
