Overview
SCOPE:
Maintains and supports cleanliness of the medical or office facility. Oversees all needs of goods, which may include, paper goods, patient gowns, and cleaning supplies. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Checks all areas of the facility and cleans offices, including picking up trash, dusting, vacuuming and mopping floors as necessary.
-Cleans and sets-up coffee service and lunch rooms in all areas.
-Fills all paper supplies with items such as paper towels, soap and toilet paper. Cleans restrooms.
-If applicable, cleans exam and infusion/pharmacy rooms, cabinets and countertops. Available for cleanup of patient care areas, including cleaning bodily fluids etc. as necessary.
-Distributes linen to supply closets.
-Assists with general maintenance issues as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Position does not require prior experience.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
