About The Opportunity This position will provide analytical support to the assigned functional group and the finance group based in Oconomowoc. Assume a vital role in the strategic and day-to-day operation of the business. A primary focus on providing analytical support to the Controller and commercial finance team with an emphasis on sales commission administration and oversight. A strong emphasis in computer and analytical skills is necessary to help drive business performance. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Provide effective business analysis. Administer periodic commission calculations and analysis across ORBIS Corporation while maintaining a high level of confidentiality. Prepare monthly sales reporting metrics to support strategic sales initiatives. Month end closing and financial statement analysis. Financial analysis on capital projects. Perform general ledger account reconciliation. Serve as a resource on product costs and variance analysis. Prepare special reports and project support as the need arises. Proactive role in driving business’s periodic forecasting and budgeting activities. Primary financial resource support for assigned function. Position incumbent will execute the quality policy and appropriate procedures as defined by their direct manager. Other duties as assigned.
