What are the responsibilities and job description for the Railroad Laborer position at US Rail and Logistics?
This position will work as part of the traveling work gang to lay, repair, and maintain railroad track across the Midwest (NM, TX, OK, MO, CO, KS).

Grapple Truck and/or prior railroad experienced preferred.
18 years of age or older / High School diploma or GED required
Must possess a valid state-issued driver’s license
Able to work in a team environment, and possess verbal and written communication skills sufficient to coordinate work and relate track conditions to co-workers, typically via telephone and radio.
Manual labor experience in an outdoor environment required.
Able to use hands to perform activities involving holding, grasping, turning and pulling.
Able to work in conditions that include loud noise and fumes, work on and around heavy and moving machinery, bend, lift, work, walk, stand and sit in confined spaces for extended periods of time and use hand and power tools.
Follow safety policies and procedures and wear the required personal protective equipment required for the job in a safe manner.
Must be able to travel 75% and have adequate transportation.
Ability to read and understand safety rules and regulations and perform tasks in accordance with those rules and supervisors guidelines.
Must be able to perform physically strenuous work outdoors in all types of weather.
Qualification drug test(s) are also required along with a background check/eRailSafe.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
