What are the responsibilities and job description for the Payroll Analyst position at US RENAL CARE?

The Payroll Analyst is responsible for assisting with payroll processing payroll each week. Analysis of accurate and timely information into the HRIS system is essential for correct payments to employees. The Payroll Analyst must provide value as a member of the payroll team and provide quality customer service to all U.S. Renal Care Employees.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties and tasks may be assigned.

  • Assist payroll manager with updating reports for the accounting department
  • Prepare reports using HR/Payroll system each week in order to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies.
  • Compile and distribute reports each week, month, and quarter accurately and on time.
  • Work closely with the Accounting department in order to share information and assist in their analysis of the payroll data.
  • Assist in the reconciliation of payroll taxes
  • Work with the HR department to track third party sick and ensure that associated taxes are paid timely
  • Prepare weekly labor reports for management
  • Actively promotes GUEST customer service standards; develops effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Participates in team concepts and promote a team effort; performs duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Regular and reliable attendance is required for the job.
  • Other duties as assigned.
