JOB DESCRIPTION: US Special Delivery is seeking a Full-time Operations Support Clerk for our Cheboygan, MI terminal.
The schedule is Monday - Friday. Hours 10:30 am - 7:00 pm
Starting Pay is $16.00 p/hr

Job Duties:
· Assist Dispatch with customer pick-ups, shipment tracking, and specialized service requests and reports.
· Assist with responding to shipment Overages, Shortages, and Damages (OS&D)
· Communicate with Customers, Sales Staff, Drivers, Terminal & Operation Managers, and other inter-company personnel via telephone, email, and other forms of communication.
· Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
· Anticipate and identify problems and proactively work to solve them.
· Provide phone backup support to co-workers to minimize any delays in response time.
· Perform other job tasks/duties as requested.
