DescriptionDuration: 3 Month (C2H) Job Description:Strong in Excel, professional when dealing with employees/customers, think ahead (be proactive), be flexible in day-to-day task (such as hanging signage in cubicle, to fixing a spreadsheet), they will be the go-to person.Move, Add, Change (MAC) Project Manager. Provide onsite move management support at our client’s building locations in relation to their Return to Office (RTO) efforts. This position requires onsite presence to oversee and manage third party move vendors.Actively walk floors daily to inventory existing workstations, seating locations, technology equipment availability.Includes procuring and hanging move signage at each workstation, supervision of move vendor packing efforts, maintaining employee move matrix and daily reporting to client identified project leader.Additional move support services maybe required in support of our clients Return to Office efforts  Responsibilities:Move, Add, Change (MAC) Associate Project Manager Provide onsite move management support at our client’s building locations in relation to their Return To Office (RTO) efforts. Ability to work with our client’s line of business leaders, security vendors and 3rd party vendors as necessary. equires advanced analytical and quantitative skills. Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to read and understand architectural drawings. The purpose of this position is to lead individual, multi-disciplined real estate project solutions for clients, with direct accountability for project delivery.
