Job Title: HR Content/ Knowledge Operations Coordinator

Description:
We’re looking for an expert in the domains of enterprise content management, HR knowledge strategy, editorial workflows and communications planning, creation, implementation, and management. This role focuses on coordinating how information is assessed, collected, and disseminated across HR teams through a defined knowledge management framework, and distributed to employees, including how content should be structured, which tools should consume content, how content should be displayed on those surfaces and what end-to-end content consumption should look like. This person will align cross-functional teams across the enterprise as the Subject Matter Expert for content and knowledge management. · Work directly with 100 cross-functional, global stakeholders to understand their pain points, needs and goals as it relates to best representing their program content and knowledge
· Assist with prioritizing organizational goals, strategies and key initiatives as related to knowledge and content management
· Implement our global knowledge management strategy and processes, including content and features for the HR Knowledge Base tool and Content as a Service platform
· Help define and enforce processes for creating, capturing, organizing, accessing, and using knowledge across the organization while meeting requirements for specific regions and functions
· Create and maintain editorial workstream plans: essentially, an efficient and scalable system to track, anticipate and coordinate upcoming content needs of our global stakeholders
· Help maintain and scale processes and resources that capture unmet content and knowledge needs, translating and surfacing insights into practical recommendations
· Distill complex source content from multiple teams/stakeholders into user-friendly language that guides employees through often complicated processes
· Identify future opportunities and strategies to advance knowledge management in collaboration with cross-functional partners
· Consult with teammates and cross-functional partners to communicate change strategies
· Conduct workshops, meetings, and trainings to promote, align on, maintain and improve knowledge and content management
· Help lead a knowledge community of practice comprised of cross-functional, global stakeholders to understand pain points, needs, opportunities and goals as it relates to capturing and sharing knowledge
· Provide ongoing program updates and reporting to stakeholders, which requires a certain comfort level with data & analytics
· Partner with data & analytics teams to identify and track success metrics by utilizing data to identify development areas and improvements
Minimum Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or similar field
· 4 years of experience in project or program management experience in operations, learning & development, or communications
· Experience executing independently on both the strategic and operational level
· Interpersonal and communication skills with experience with working knowledge of content management systems and user editing tools
· Experience working collaboratively across a wide variety of functions to drive effective outcomes
· Experience learning new concepts, workflows, processes, and products, translating them into digestible content
· Experience working on a team with ambiguity and evolving responsibilities
· Experience developing, implementing, and scaling knowledge management frameworks
· Experience as a technical writer, copy writer or editor, and the ability to quickly assess the writing skills of others
· Proficiency in UX best practices, content design and SEO
· Proficiency in project management, but formal certification not required
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with benefits, compensation, health care, payroll, and related HR topics
· Experience with business process management, workflow, and life-cycle management
· Experience working with international partners across different time zones and cultures
· Experience in a fast-paced, Big Tech environment
· Certification in knowledge management
Ideal skills:
· HR experience of general HR content understanding, writing background, can write content, HRKB tools, product experience is nice to see if they create new article templates and communicate business needs.
