Campers Inn RV of Jacksonville South is looking for a Location Administrator. This role is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Essential Job Functions
This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.
- Acts as the point of contact between the store and the corporate office to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintains various administrative tasks and responsibilities to ensure productivity of the store
- Assists the location’s managers with standard processes directed by HR, such as onboarding and submitting position change documents.
- Assist the location employees by connecting them to the correct resources for questions and resolution of issues
- Maintain the store’s needs through assisting with daily operations
- Maintains up to date business licenses, certification, and notices
- Produces and distributes correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Assists in the preparation of regularly scheduled accounting reports
- Maintains company compliance with filing systems currently in place
- Purchases the store’s necessary items (equipment, uniforms, office supplies, etc.) utilizing approved vendors and suppliers
- Monitors the payroll time system (Motility) and submits payroll to the corporate office
Qualifications
- Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- License & Certifications:
- Valid Driver’s License and good driving record are required
- Experience:
- Minimum one year’s experience as an administrative assistant is preferred
- Abilities:
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficiency in MS office
- Knowledge or ability to learn company system applications, such as Systems2K and other applicable software
- Ability to bed or sit for long periods of time
- Ability to be able to reach above shoulders and lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Ability to work in a climate-controlled environment
- Ability to continuously engage in visual activities, such as use of computer, files, and reports
