Job Title Biomed Site Lead (Houston) Job Description The Biomedical Site Lead is responsible for the daily supervision of daily biomedical activities for our client in Houston, TX. You may also serve as a technical advisor for the hospital safety committee, equipment selection committee, and facility planning committee and/or other formal hospital committees as requested by the customer. Your role: Supervise and coordinate biomedical team daily work activities and schedules to maximize productivity and efficiency. Perform preventive, corrective, and electrical safety maintenance on both high risk and non-high risk biomedical equipment) Assist with identifying training needs and coordinating technical and on-the-job training for team members in support of improved team performance and development. Proactively identify opportunities and recommend solutions that will help to meet the needs of the customer. You're the right fit if: Ability to be onsite at our client in Houston, TX. Associate Degree or equivalent work experience 5 years of biomedical engineering experience, or equivalent education and experience Broad mechanical diagnostic troubleshooting and repair skills. Philips Transparency Details The base pay range for this position is $30.63 to $52.50 hourly. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
