Arxada is looking for a External Planner in Alpharetta, GA to establish and manage the efficient flow of goods and services from foreign shipping locations to multiple destinations, complying with all rules, security requirements and Federal Regulations. Key responsibilities: Balances supply and demand for dedicated toll produced, and purchased for resale products, in close collaboration with all relevant stakeholders while utilizing LSI standard planning systems. Point of contact for tollers, customer service group, quality, and sponsoring plants for all escalations and inquires Establish Manage and Maintain Contract Manufacturing & Purchase for resale relationships with key external operations partners. SAP Planning and execution of the supply plan in line with Market Service Level , forecasts and inventory targets. Plan, create, change, and complete purchase orders within SAP. Sets-up, monitors, and maintains Master Data to optimal levels to achieve supply chain goals. Contributes to the supply/demand meetings at the sponsoring plants, to identify optimized service level for delivery of LSI products to customers Owns MSL (market service level) for all outbound shipments from tollers and warehouses in scope. Conducts monthly Supply Demand meeting with tollers and warehouses to review schedule, capacity, and constraints. Escalates these to Master Planners for action. Management of Days of Supply of finished goods based on inventory targets and safety stock set by the Supply Chain Leadership. Development of Standard Operating Procedures for all tollers for the planning and execution of goods. Management of Excess & Obsolete finished goods ,raw materials, bulk and work in process based on demand fluctuations to mitigate excess by cancellation, deferrals or reductions. Perform monthly or quarterly inventory reconciliations with assigned CM sites to ensure inventory accuracy. Establish productive and dynamic working relationship with cross functional partners, maintaining regular associations through meetings and communication. SAP /Labeling set up and support as required. Key requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Masters in Supply Chain (highly preferred) CPIM certification preferred 6-10 years of Supply Chain Management experience Strong analytical skills with the ability to define metrics (KPI’s) and identify issues through root cause analysis Arxada - Potentiating Performance Arxada is an equal opportunity employer.
