Here’s the Gist: As the Enterprise Security Support Manager, you will be responsible for leading Global Security’s support functions to include but not limited to security operations training program and the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) providing critical support in safeguarding the company’s people, property, and information across the Wolfspeed enterprise. The Day-to-Day: Lead and manage all aspects of Global Security’s enterprise support teams across the company’s global footprint, with direct reports representing multiple company sites and support disciplines Identify and consult with SMEs to develop, maintain, and deploy a training program that provides consistent, standardized, relevant training that is sustainable, auditable and scalable to meet the enterprise needs Grow the GSOC’s operations and services to support the Wolfspeed enterprise Promote a strong corporate security culture and build relationships across the organizations Establish team goals, SLAs and evaluate key performance indicators for process improvement This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Qualifications): Five (5) years of corporate security management experience with multiple direct reports BA/BS degree preferred ASIS certification within one (1) year - Certified Protection Professional, CPP Comprehensive understanding of enterprise security risk management Experience with OSINT framework Prior experience managing a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) This role may require additional duties and/or assignments as designated by management.
