How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? The production control analyst will be responsible for sales order management, material costing, and budgeting to optimize project delivery. - Manage sales orders, ensuring accuracy, timely processing, and alignment with project budgets and cost estimates. - Implement and maintain material standard costing practices, identifying and addressing cost variances. - Support month-end closing processes for production control activities, delivering accurate and timely reports. - Develop and maintain project cost budgets, monitoring and analyzing project performance against these budgets. - Utilize your knowledge of best practices and industry trends to recommend improvements in sales order management, costing, and budgeting processes. - Approach complex production control challenges with a creative mindset, finding innovative solutions by adapting existing approaches. - Work independently with minimal supervision, managing your workload effectively and proactively identifying and resolving potential issues. - Serve as a key-user for the job profile, providing guidance and support on sales order management control, material standard costing, and project cost budgeting. ___________________ Are you a MATCH? - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Production Control Analyst or similar role with a focus on sales order management, costing, and budgeting. - In-depth knowledge of project control methodologies, sales order management processes, and material standard costing principles. - Proven experience in analyzing financial data, identifying cost variances, and interpreting project performance. - Strong understanding of accounting principles and month-end closing procedures. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a creative and resourceful approach to finding solutions. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of stakeholders. - Proficient in Google Workspace or tMicrosoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) - Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (SAP Preferred). The annual base salary range for this position in California is $75,000 - $82,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
