Your role at Clorox: The Continuous Improvement Department is seeking a qualified candidate for a Digital Supply Network (DSN) Resource at our Atlanta Main facility. The purpose of the DSN Resource position is to develop creative ways to take the data we collect, ensure that it’s digital, and to implement new and creative ways leverage the data within our technology and available software tools to drive the way we do work. This role is wholly focused as well on the cultural, behavior, and results that this technology will drive/enable. This work includes the work and support to maintain, upgrade and protect/maintain all the site’s innovative software and hardware applications; make necessary improvements to all existing applications and/or hardware, and improve overall plant-wide user interface, performance, and capability to drive results. In this role, you will: Maintain Atlanta Main’s DSN applications as well as their accompanying hardware, accessories, containment devices and connectivity Site Owner of PI, LEDS, SharePoint, and ABLE. Also, within guidance of DSN Leader owner/co-owner of the following applications including, but not limited to Proceedix, Microsoft Teams, and Power BI Ability to write the appropriate code in the applications used on site to translate our data into visual tools for our organization In collaboration with the site DSN Leader, function as the primary liaison between the site and corporate DSN resources Site owner of Atheer/Vuzix. Function as the primary liaison between the site and corporate personnel for all virtual tours and projects that require the use of support. Build capability within plant teams where necessary for them to use this tool Creation and management of databases for multiple applications and hardware Manage initial setup and distribution of iPads and other technology tools for for the site Maintain the functionality of all technology tools used in the plant (iPads, touch screen displays, smart glasses) by working with vendors and corporate resources to ensure connectivity and necessary updates or upgrades. Ensure to effectively communicate any outages to the site personnel and plans for resolution Train all associates, including new hires, on applications and hardware. Ensure validation of training given and conduct follow up training as needed Actively participate in calls with corporate and other various resources to stay current on updates, changes, or upgrades in DSN, Process Book (PI), LEDS, and other applications or focus area as necessary Work with the Training and Qualifications team to create and manage training media and integration of media into Proceedix as well as floor use of Vuzix glasses for training purposes Work with the Maintenance and Tech Services to successfully integrate Atheer/Vuzix use for troubleshooting and vendor support initiatives Ensure that you are working very closely to the customer of the tools and data by ensuring the Voice of the Customer is obtained and efforts are focused on driving solutions to their needs of data to display issues and opportunities Actively work with Leadership to understand site gaps and build actions plans to address as it relates to the site DNS focus area This role must have the flexibility to flow with the work.
