Join our team. #CloroxIsThePlace Your role at Clorox: Exciting opportunity to build the future of Brita’s burgeoning B2G (business to government) channel expansion, which aims to provide >5MM households access to clean drinking water while driving significant growth for Brita and the company. Brita has some early traction and momentum now selling to >100 municipalities and has big ambitions to significantly accelerate sales in FY25/26, and to lay the foundation for game changer level growth by 2028. This role will lead Brita’s B2G channel expansion that is still nascent in capability building and can substantially shape and impact its growth trajectory. Partnering closely with the business lead, sales, marketing, product supply, and broad cross-functional team, this position will play a critical role in building customer strategy & relationships with a variety of partners we ultimately sell through – cities/governments, distributors, engineering firms and others. The role will also play a key role in Brita’s B2G marketing efforts, leading Brita’s presence at key industry events, designing success criteria shaping the future direction of a $1M marketing budget. In this role, you will: Sales: Learn nuances of muni channel & unique B2G customer needs by partnering with current Muni sales team to nurture existing direct relationships with munis & distributors. Includes PO management, coordination with OMS/COM to ensure orders hits regulatory-driven delivery dates, and C&C/accounting to ensure financials are in order due to unique customer dynamics. Drive go-to-market strategy together with the muni team, winning new partnerships via independent outreach and relationship-building with munis as they ramp up lead service line-related projects. Develop muni customer vision strategy to support future resourcing needs, including people, innovation & resources needs to scale the Muni channel into a leading customer for Brita business by FY26. Influence up to test boundaries/orthodoxies and create new rules to be successful in this still-emerging market & channel. Based on future design, mobilize, train, manage and influence additional external or internal people resources Run Brita’s presence at key water industry conferences & events. Design & lead new S&OP processes as this channel scales, balancing nuances of the Muni channel with existing enterprise processes and new initiatives like Project Iris. Co-develop reporting & narrative needs for Brita BU as channel expands. Partnerships Lead execution and future design of nascent partnership strategy, a key building block to achieve the Muni team’s long-term aspirations. Partnerships include: Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) firms, filtration distributors, direct-to-resident providers, 3rd party product suppliers and others. Develop recommendations designed to market to and attract new potential partners. Balance needs amongst partners and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks from competing priorities. Marketing Lead execution of a robust, multi-year B2G marketing plan, including partnering with external media / PR agencies & ecosystem of external partners. This will entail both identifying new capabilities (experiment and ID’ing most effective B2G tactics) as well as executing the tactics (such as tradeshows, webinars, search, website content, white papers, etc.). Drive connection & coordination with Brita base/brand marketing team, serving as key connection point for ODP planning cycles, Elite filter-related creative & considerations, and brand purpose work. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area. –Zone A: $104,100 - $199,100 –Zone B: $95,500 - $183,300 –Zone C: $86,800 - $166,600 All ranges are subject to change in the future.
