We are looking for a passionate Data Scientist on the Enterprise Analytics team that helps drive this transformation through embedding predictive analytics and data science capabilities into the moments of decisions, empowering business users with scaled, reusable models and always-on data insights. The Data Scientist is responsible for leveraging internal and external data sources to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML-based decision support systems and models. This position reports to Associate Director, Enterprise Analytics. In this role, you will: Deliver end-to-end analytics and data science solutions from idea conception through planning, requirements, design, development, testing, production, and deployment/business process integration Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders/SMEs throughout product solution lifecycle to ensure requirements are met and solutions are fully integrated in business processes to deliver value Build data pipelines from multiple data sources and types Apply AI and machine learning techniques to analyze large data sets and develop custom models/algorithms to uncover trends, patterns, insights, and build predictive data science solutions Create interactive dashboards and visualization to deliver insights, turning complex data into a clear story that drives business recommendations Evaluate existing and new data science tools and techniques, aid in the development of data science best practices across the enterprise What we look for: 4 plus years of overall data science experience 2 plus years business experience in a Data Science or Advanced Analytics role (MUST have demonstrated working with business units) Deep understanding and experience with advanced statistics and modern machine learning techniques, deep learning, and time series forecasting Working knowledge of Python and its libraries such as Pandas, Numpy, Sklearn Project experience working with databases and database query language (SQL) Experience with data visualization software (Microsoft Power BI preferred) Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (Microsoft Azure, GCP, or AWS) Understanding ML Ops and experience with production level data science solutions, a plus Understanding of design and architecture principles (preferred) Excellent communication skills: ability to synthesize, simplify, and explain complex problems to different audiences across functions and levels; ability to convey insight through storytelling Strong interpersonal, relationship building, and influencing skills Strong project management skills to stay on top of the timelines and deliverables Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity; able to identify needs, develop a plan of action, and implement Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or related quantitative disciplines (Master's degree preferred) Workplace type: Hybrid preferred, but open to remote.
