Join our team. #CloroxIsThePlace Your role at Clorox: S&OE (Sales & Operations Execution) Manager supports their Business Unit(s) by leading S&OE process across one or more BU and at a functional level to identify variances in actual performance on both demand and supply within the window of execution and drive business-led decisions to re-synchronize demand and supply. In this role, you will: Lead the effort to implement and advocate S&OE across organization. Ensure the S&OE meetings take place, gathering required inputs, preparing for the meetings, facilitating and summarizing them to drive decision making and prepare for the following cycle respectively. Build a strong integration of planning with execution through the interaction of S&OE and S&OP Orchestrate cross functional efforts with GSS, network RAW/PACK management, SCL, Logistics, GEMS and Sales Planning to drive changes to demand and supply execution according to the decisions set within the S&OE process. Monitoring short-term S&OE performance in the areas of service & inventory management. Proactive vs Reactive Drive delivery of operational excellence in the following areas: Ensure metrics and targets are met within the window of execution (production variances, FODS, Forecast Consumption, Service). Compliance with enterprise working capital targets. Drive recalibration of demand and supply assumptions for future S&OP cycles based on changes to the current cycle of execution. Manage near-term priorities including, but not limited to: Keep participants in the process on track and moving toward managing execution priorities, balancing short-term demand and supply and dealing with S&OP plan exceptions. Monitor innovation, promotions and item transitions to ensure proper supply and demand plans are in place. Escalate near-term issues to S&OP when thresholds are exceeded and ensure timely and aligned decision making via closed loop between S&OP and S&OE. Define thresholds to include impact to NDF/revenue, service, inventory, and demand/supply. Define process/cadence for escalation from S&OE to S&OP and the BU. What we look for: Minimum Qualifications BS/BA Degree from an accredited institution (or equivalent experience) 5 years of work experience in Planning, Supply Chain, or similar roles Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications 5-7 years of work experience within Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or similar roles. Experience using advanced planning software tools. Consumer Packaged Goods experience. Leadership and influence in both proactive and reactive environments. Experience in setting priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated strong aptitude in analysis, root causes identification, and problem solving and formulating next steps. Exceptional communicator. Ability to build strong relationships across the functions and levels. Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations.
