Here, you will make an impact by: Building relationships with orthodontists, their staff members, and orthodontic residents Working with a team consisting of inside sales, customer service, and accounts receivable Growing market share and sales volume within assigned geography Managing customer discounts, orders, receivables, and overall satisfaction Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution Five (5) years of sales experience in a private, public, government, or military environment Current, valid Driver’s License Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Proficiency with computer applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, order entry software History of developing customer relationships Understanding of time and territory management Comfort level with technical information and numbers Ability to speak and teach in front of large groups Travel: May include up to 30% domestic Relocation Assistance: May be authorized Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
