Responsibilities
- Personify the USA Baseball mascot character with unwavering enthusiasm, professionalism, and energy during games and events.
- Engage with fans positively and interactively, curating unforgettable experiences and photo opportunities.
- Execute entertaining routines, dances, and skits to captivate and entertain the audience.
- Adhere to all costume and safety protocols while wearing the mascot suit.
- Support promotional initiatives and community outreach endeavors as required.
Basic Qualifications
- Previous experience as a mascot performer or entertainer at some level is preferred but not required.
- Possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to perform comfortably in costume for extended durations and in diverse weather conditions.
- Naturally energetic, outgoing, and adept at engaging with large crowds.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessitated by event schedules.
Required Education
- Completed or working towards the completion of a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree
Salary Range
- Part-Time, as needed
- Flat Rate per Appearance
- With possible compensation for relative travel expenses

Since 1978 USA Baseball has been the National Governing Body (NGB) for amateur baseball. It represents the sport in the United States as a member of the U.S. Olympic Committee (USOC) and internationally as a member federation of the World Baseball Softball Confederation (WBSC).
