What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant position at USA Construction?
Summary:
USA Construction is looking for help in the office. We are looking for someone who is dependable and looking for a full-time position. The office will take care of calls and keep track of customers for construction services. The office assistant performs a range of basic office support activities for the company, such as answering phones and directing calls, greeting and directing visitors, maintaining the office, answering questions and performing routine clerical, data entry, and/or word processing work as assigned.
- May schedule or assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and/or conferences, as appropriate to the position.
- May order, stock, and distribute office supplies.
- May run various routine errands, as required, for the company.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Full-Time: Monday to Friday (8am-4pm)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
