Follow Us on LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/company/donaldson/ Essential Functions: • Interpret simple electrical schematics to wire powered filtration systems • Interpret assembly drawings to properly manufacture filtration systems • Utilize basic hand tools • Utilize basic measurement devices (tape measure, digital caliper, etc.) to ensure systems are dimensionally correct per the assembly drawings • Ability to work by oneself and in a team environment • Forming and bending of metal tubing to specification • Perform functional testing of powdered filtration systems per customer specifications • Comply with all standard work practices and standard operating procedures • Keep work area clean and organized • Comply with all EHS and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) policies and procedures While this list is representative of essential job duties, it is not an all-inclusive list of duties required to perform this role. Other duties may be assigned to fulfill Donaldson’s mission, vision, and strategic plan objectives Qualifications: ▪ High school diploma/GED required ▪ Consistent attendance and punctuality ▪ Flexibility and agility in a fast paced ever changing work environment ▪ Computer skills ▪ Machining skills (lathe and mill) a plus (not required) ▪ Basic plumbing skills ▪ Ability to work in a team environment toward a common goal. ▪ Perform a variety of tasks safely throughout the day in a fast-paced work environment.
