Job Posting for Administrative Assistant at USA Maintenance

Busy property management firm seeking help in various parts of our office. We are open to part and/or full-time position.

· Answering phone and preliminary-problem solving

· Customer service

· Email responses and dispatching

· Scanning/copies/faxing/filing

· Mailings

· Event planning

· Calendaring

· Phone system management

· Accounts payable and accounts receivable support

· Purchasing

· Website maintenance and creation

· Deliveries and couriering

· On-site inspection per property manager

· Investigative work as assigned

· Mail retrieval, sorting and distribution

· Editing

· Postage meter report generation

· Hospitality

· Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: One location
