FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Work Schedule: Full-time or Part-Time
Locations: Remote (on-site attendance as needed)
Position Summary
The Administrative Assistant role is inward facing to support the branch by providing a high level of customer service to the branch leadership and originations team.
Job Responsibilities
Broad Knowledge & Experience: Basic understanding of Residential mortgage banking industry, RESPA laws and guidelines. Understanding of corporate and branch rosters, nuances, etc.
Above Average Skills: Outstanding written and verbal skills. Strong organization and administrative skills. Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
Demonstrated Ability: Outstanding level of professionalism, customer service and attention to detail.
General Knowledge: Working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Customer service and administration.
Competencies: Multi-tasking and ability to prioritize competing priorities, organization, written and verbal communication.
Education & Experience
Degree or Equivalent: Degree from two-year college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Specialized Training: Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, Intranet, Standard office equipment including Mail and Postage meters, etc.
Work Environment
Physical Demands: Home office environment with occasional office attendance; Daily computer usage requiring close vision.
Work Conditions: Extremely fast paced environment.
Temperament: In order to succeed in this position, high attention to detail, and managing multiple priorities amidst a fast-changing environment.
