Job Posting for Bilingual Mandarin Accounts Payable at Usa Sports Inc.
We are looking for a full time Bilingual Chinese Accounts Payable Clerk. Ideal candidate needs to have 2 year working experience and proficient with MS Office specifically intermediate excel skills.
Responsibilities
Process Accounts Payable including review, matching, process and post by:
Reviews all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
Checks and approves all vouchers for payment; also prepares invoice deduction notices.
Prepares and prints all accounts payable checks and reports
Report any abnormal transactions or situations to supervisor.
Inventory receiving in system which include VRA
AR for apply payment – check, credit card, wire transfer, etc.
Work with related department for any trucking issue, AR received issues, purchase inventory issue
Support Physical Inventory
File maintenance in system and in paper
Projects assigned by supervisors
Qualifications
Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese
Good written and verbal communication skill in both English and Mandarin
2 years of Accounting working experience
Detail oriented
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
Ability to be flexible, motivated, resourceful, and organized
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in an entrepreneurial, collaborative environment
Microsoft Great Plains experience is a plus
