Schedule: Hybrid
Location: Canonsburg, PA

Responsibilities:
  • Writes contracts, clears titles, performs due diligence, A Title Landman works for oil and gas or renewable energy companies, conducts surface inspections of land, and ensures compliance with governmental regulations and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • 4 months of training
  • Must have computer/necessary equipment
  • Must have drivers license
  • Must be a problem solver
