The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated Campaigns Analyst Lead to work hybrid from our Corporate Office in San Antonio Texas or Regional Offices in Plano TX, Tampa FL, Charlotte NC, Phoenix AZ or Colorado Springs CO. Hybrid roles help employees gain the best of both worlds – collaborating in-person in the office and working from home when needed to achieve focused results.
This team supports Member focused campaigns, helping to retain and deepen relationships for USAA. This role leads campaign requirement sessions, providing audience expertise and assisting in determining forecasted volumes. Oversees the build, execution, and delivery of accurate audience data; performs these tasks as required due to complexity or data.
What you'll do:
- Responds to business requests and creates new or modifies existing marketing audience selection rules by collaborating with key partners to ensure alignment with campaign requirements.
- Applies expert subject matter knowledge on existing marketing audience/campaign rules and fallout analysis to educate key partners.
- Ensures data elements or functional requirements are available.
- Explores existing resources against business needs and identifies gaps.
- Partners with IT to identify solutions for resources not readily available.
- Applies expert subject matter knowledge across multiple product lines and execution tools to facilitate and contribute to the implementation of solutions in business requirement sessions.
- Leads cross-functional campaign requirement sessions for highly complex marketing campaigns.
- Provides expert knowledge of audience and forecasted volumes.
- Complete the final detailed business and technical requirements in support of marketing campaigns.
- Ensures the successful build, execution and delivery of accurate audience data for assigned marketing campaigns.
- Leads research efforts into member inquiries and serves as a primary resource on raised matters of routine and unique nature.
- Investigates audience size and member profile requests and generates findings/reports.
- Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.
What you have:
- Bachelor’s degree; OR 4 years of related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree.
- 8 or more years of relevant business and/or general analysis experience.
- Subject-matter-expert knowledge of Microsoft Office tools to include Word, Excel, and Access.
- Subject-matter-expert knowledge of statistics or other quantitative techniques or fields, relevant data analysis tools, and relevant industry data sources.
What sets you apart:
- 6 or more years of experience translating contact strategies and business needs into complex audience builds.
- 6 or more years of experience in Audience Execution/MarTech tools (e.g., Unica Campaign, Adobe Campaign, etc.) developing audiences for channels such as email, direct mail and outbound calling.
- 6 or more years of experience working with complex data sets and business rules to deliver compliant audiences while maximizing size.
- Experience operating as part of Agile team in marketing environments.
- US military experience through military service or a military spouse/domestic partner.

What we offer:
Compensation: USAA has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market data of the position. The actual salary for this role may vary by location. The salary range for this position is: $95,250 - $182,030.
Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance and at the discretion of the USAA Board of Directors.
