Conditions of Employment: Only U.S. Citizens or Nationals are eligible for employment with the Executive Office for Immigration Review. Dual citizens of the U.S. and another country will be considered on a case-by-case basis. All DOJ applicants, both U.S. citizens and non-citizens, whose job location is with the U.S., must meet the residency requirement. Duties Include But Are Not Limited To The Following
- Responsible for the planning, development, and Implementation of treal estate projects in accordance with U.S General Services Administration (GSA), the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and EOIR space acquisition, management and administration policies, standards and procedures.
- Responsible for the management of all aspects of EOIR Headquarters and field location projects which include acquisitions, design, construction, renovation, administration.
- Recommend changes and modifications to maintain the overall concept and integrity of space management projects.
- Use computer-aided design software applications such as AutoCAD to develop space plans, designs intent drawings, and renovation specifications to plan, construct, and renovate space.
- Monitors fund availability to accommodate, renovations or other improvements for the appropriate budget years.
- Manages the relationship and all meetings with GSA and other service providers and evaluates prospective blocks of space for suitability with EOIR requirements.
- Keeps managers continuously apprised of project status, schedule, and fund status.

- Oversee construction projects to verify completion and ensure that the project schedule and budget are met.
- Recommend changes and modifications to projects as appropriate.
- Monitor fund availability to ensure new acquisitions, renovations, or other improvement are within budget.
- Communicating with various levels of management regarding project schedule, status, and funding.
- Conducting project meetings with various service providers and stakeholders.
