Job Responsibilities:
As a Financial Analyst for UScontracting, your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing program cost and budget documentation covering several budget fiscal years (current and future) which includes preparing complex spreadsheets and program planning and budget documents.
- Preparing resource planning and execution to include tracking updating work authorizations for performers on our Prime and Subcontracts.
- Providing program management support in the preparation, coordination, evaluation, review and analysis of program execution plans and tracking, monitoring, and reporting of program-specific milestones and performance measures.
- Developing and analyzing comprehensive financial models to support decision making related to contractual forecasting and financial/resource planning.
- Performing financials reporting and preparing detailed reports as required by our Dept of Defense Prime and Subcontract contract requirements.
- Maintain confidential financial and staffing information.
- Other duties as assigned.
To be considered for this roll, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with a DOD contractor.
- Proficiency in financial modeling techniques and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
- Working knowledge of financial software and databases.
- Experience with government required reporting requirements (CDR, Invoicing, FMHRs/Spend Plans) a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial data to non-financial audiences.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
