For the GS-12 level: Applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level (GS11) or its non-Federal equivalent that demonstrates: Experience in the development, oversee and recommendations of directives standards, guides, procedures of the statewide rural housing program operations; implement and conduct state internal control reviews to ensure the integrity of financial and accounting information and accountability; conduct training for the statewide housing program; assists in the implementation of the agency outreach and marketing program; ensures the fair housing requirements are met for the loan program; provide appropriate leadership to ensure staff members have to tools, training, feedback they need to accomplish their jobs. There is no substitution of education for experience at this grade level.

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
