Nature and Scope of Job
USDM Life Sciences is seeking an IS Analyst to support our client by providing scientific and technical engineering expertise, focusing on data integration, system maintenance, and statistical analysis to advance the client's pipeline and commercial portfolio. Remote with onsite 2/days per week in Cambridge, MA or Thousand Oaks, CA.

Compensation
W2 candidates only.
Salary/Hourly Rate Range (W2): USD 40.00 - 49.00
The base salary/hourly rate range represents the anticipated low and high end of the USDM’s compensation range for this position. Actual salaries/hourly rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. The compensation described above is subject to change and could be higher or lower than the range described based on market survey data or budget.
Full-time employees are eligible for health, vision, and dental insurance, life insurance, short and long-term disability, hospital indemnity, accident, and critical care coverage.
Both full and part-time employees, who are at least 21 years of age, are eligible to participate in USDM's 401k plan. Full and part-time employees may be eligible for paid time off.

USDM Life Sciences is seeking an IS Analyst to support our client by providing scientific and technical engineering expertise, focusing on data integration, system maintenance, and statistical analysis to advance the client's pipeline and commercial portfolio. Primary Responsibilities
- Interface with data engineers, system architects, and system owners to understand data systems and enable the extraction, transformation, and loading of key data into new systems.
- Maintain existing systems and data pipelines.
- Apply statistical trending tools, such as statistical process control and multivariate analysis, to product and method data to understand sources of variation and evaluate opportunities for improvements.
- Support ongoing GMP activities, including the generation of annual product review documents, regulatory inspections, and process documentation.
- Work with analytical scientists, process development scientists, and engineers to assess, understand, and support data consumption needs.
- Identify and develop optimization opportunities in existing tools, processes, and procedures.
- Generate easy-to-use dashboards for data visualization.
- Deliver high-quality results in a timely manner.
- Adapt to changing business needs and multi-task in a dynamic environment.
- Solve complex, non-routine analysis problems using advanced statistical analysis.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Experience with programming languages (Python, R, SQL) and programming concepts (data types, data structures, objects, etc.)
- Familiarity with statistics concepts (distributions, regression techniques, classification)
- Experience with business intelligence and analysis tools (Spotfire, R-Shiny, JMP) to aggregate, analyze, and visualize data.
- Ability to generate easy-to-use dashboards for rapid and dynamic data visualization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under minimal direction and adapt to changing business needs.
- Ability to multi-task and function in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to solve complex, non-routine analysis problems using advanced statistical analysis.
- A Master’s degree, or a Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of scientific or engineering experience, an Associate’s degree with 6 years of scientific or engineering experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 8 years of scientific or engineering experience.
