· Provide ERP functional and technical support in all financial areas, including GL, AP, AR, Cash & Bank, FA, Budgeting, Intercompany, etc.
· Work closely with cross-functional partners within accounting and finance to troubleshoot technical issues as they arise, consistently ensuring the backend of the ERP is set up for success.
· Assist in FIT/GAP analysis and provide customized solutions and/or recommendations in order to achieve business objectives.
· Participate and provide support in all phases of System implementation (Planning, Software Selection, Solution Design, Development, Testing & User Training).
· Responsible for conducting acceptance testing and training all company ERP users to ensure proper usage of the systems and our internal processes within it.
· Proactively identify and implement efficiency opportunities.
· Conduct system demo’s and recommend appropriate system configurations.
Required Experience:
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft AX/D365 F&O Finance modules
· Accounting experience in the retail industry
· Critical thinking and analytical skills; you are detail-oriented and investigate discrepancies to ensure small errors don’t grow into big problems
· Strong verbal and written communication skills, ensuring all stakeholders are aware of project timelines and troubleshooting progress
· Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
