Job Title: Production Supervisor
Role & Responsibilities:
· Provide first-line supervisor oversight to daily operations, including direct reports on the shift/crew.
· Incorporate Safety into all aspects of the operation and ensure that safe working conditions, actions and practices exist and are followed at all times.
· Proven technical aptitude necessary to provide guidance to employees in the performance of their duties.
· Achieve high levels of efficiency in the use of equipment, machinery, raw materials and labor. • Lead role in training and developing of assigned employees in the skills needed to achieve key performance metrics.
· Able to build rapport with employees through effective communication and engagement efforts.
· Must be willing to uphold and enforce company policies and procedures in a fair and consistent manner.
· Adaptable to shift assignment and overtime requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements:
· Must meet the requirements for a supervisor as established in the plant Operator rate Program.
· Prior experience as a supervisor in a full-time or relief role is preferred but not required.
· Business minded, people and results oriented, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.
· Self-starter, excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
· Demonstrated leadership potential including personal accountability, decision-making and problem-solving capability.
· Ability to develop relationships in a diverse workforce environment by prioritizing coaching and engagement.

Rate of pay may be adjusted based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
